September Session
Join September’s session at Feast & Graze: https://pp.events/b55ADR7B
About Feast & Graze:
Bringing people together in sustainable ways while packing a flavorful punch is the motto behind founder and owner Cristina McCarter’s growing charcuterie shop & cafe business, Feast & Graze.
In the summer of 2019, the concept of Feast and Graze was born after hosting a cheeseboard-inspired festival, Craft Food and Wine Festival. The popular reception revealed a new demand for food entertainment for charcuterie arrangements, and Cristina jumped on the opportunity to make it a delivery service for any occasion, big or small. In 2020, Feast and Graze opened their first physical location in Midtown Memphis, allowing curbside pickup for their customers, and the business continued to grow rapidly. As the first black woman in America to open a cheese and charcuterie shop, she has also stood out as a pioneer in this field, showcasing leadership and creativity. Cristina chose her own lane, and she was leading it to a path for others to follow! She is now the official cafe for the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art and has opened her very own charcuterie bar with HighP Hour Wellness in the Poplar Plaza Shopping Center. Feast & Graze plans to continue expanding and providing luxurious, convenienceand effortless entertaining.

August Ask Session
About Ask:
Ask is an inclusive community of women who are not afraid to ASK for what we want, need, and deserve.
During each Ask session, all participants share a transparent ask with the group. It's a more honest, productive, and open way to network. Ask sessions are free to attend.

Special Event: Screening of Show Her The Money Movie
Join us for a special film screening with Catherine Gray, producer of Show Her The Money.

November Session
We’re entering November with gratitude for what we have, but knowing we can ask for more.

March Session
Join us for March’s session at Libro in Laurelwood.
Optional: Since we are meeting at Novel/Libro for March, feel free to bring a book (or two) that you have found particularly inspiring, helpful, or motivating and would like to pass on to another woman.
What to expect:
Ask is a different kind of networking event. Participants agree to make a transparent ask of the group. Each Ask session starts with time for each participant to introduce herself and make her ask. The formal Ask session is followed by time to mingle and get to learn more about each participant and her ask.
Asks can include:
A new job
Mentorship (looking to be a mentee or a mentor)
Accountability partners
Growing your business
Professional growth/development opportunities
Advice
Investors
Introductions
Employees
Vendors
Referrals
Volunteers

… no ask is too big
Our 3 rules:
You must have an ask to attend.
Privacy: Because we encourage women to openly share what they need to move their life forward, each ask is confidential unless the participant indicates otherwise.
No MLMs. If you need clarification or justification for this rule, contact us.
